I've pretty much got all of it down, but i've heard about some kind of liquid inside the front tube...what exactly is the liquid and what should i replace it with should i spill it or something?

ha too late, i put a little bit of used motor oil when i did put blisten inserts.

ya, i saw it on youtube on blistein inserts, they put oil on it but im not sure if thats manufacturer recommended.
