undo the front mount, let the crossmember hang a bit.
what i like to do is lift the mount up, then use my foot to push up on the front motor mount bracket, to rock the motor backward, as i pull the cross member toward the front of the car. if you have someone to help, they can rock the motor, while you work the mount up and crossmember out at the same time. good luck! -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
