Do I still need to modify the spoiler to install it like the GT-four blocks (drill a 2 holes) or is it just bolt on? Thanks

Never got a reply from doggy, i guess doggy isnt into the celica scene anymore. I guess i'll have to pm vincent or wait for him to reply to this thread. Heres a pic of Royo's Celica Notice how small the Riser Blocks are.
