i know all the people above who say "not to mess with it if you don't know about it," they certainly were not born with complete knowledge of 3sgte motors, they had to learn at some point too. You are right, the best way to learn about this stuff is to do a swap. However getting a box of random parts is just going to result in frustration and a whole lot of posts, emails and phone calls to the people above who posted not to buy this. lol. Dont get me wrong thos. Assuming you pretty much get everything needed it a fair price, if you know what you are doing and have done a swap and built a motor before. But if this is someones first time around doing this stuff, then its a bad idea. -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned

You never know what you are buying in the first place with used stuff, more than likely the previous owners headaches, which is why they are selling and giving up. like i said before if he has the time and the money there is no reason why not to go for this.. There is more than enough info and people on this site to get him through it if he is determined. -------------------- ◊◊◊ My F/S Thread! ◊◊◊
QUOTE (14:19:21) Daniel: That was a JDM hole in the side of the box too. There was so much JDM trapped inside that box that they couldn't contain it, so they had to put a JDM hole in the box to let the JDM out.
