Just as it states. I really need your help guys and gals, especially those local to Cali/AZ. I need a new front bumper(Idc on the color), driver side fender, and I dont know if I need just the glass from the drivers side lowbeam( I might be able to fix it, but I dunno) or the drivers side low beam.
I was sitting at the exit to leave the gas station when a guy(I'm holding in all the colorful language, but trust me its hard) was pulling in(the entrance has room for about 4 cars to fit). I learned to just sit even if you see a blinker because sometimes ppl just leave them on, so I sat. He ran right into my front end. I was in the far right lane waiting to turn right, he was coming in from my left. I attempted to get out to check the damage, but the door wouldn't really open because the fender was blocking it. As I struggled to get out, the guy put it into reverse and bailed. I tried catching up to him, but by the time I got all back in the proper mindframe and not pure rage/confusion, he was gone. I decided to drive it home and then get out of the passenger side because the gas station is only a quarter mile or so from the house. I will post up pics. This isn't a WTB thread, that will come up when I get back soon, along with the pics. Just figured I'd throw a heads up on parts I need in the mean time while I cool off a bit. If you have my number, txt me, or if you know someone who has the parts I need for cheap or reasonable price that I can get the parts quick, pm me or txt me. Here goes, it doesn't look that bad, but it still makes me sick to my stomach..... Figured out, its the lowbeam, front bumper, fender, and then the supports to my radiator and random other supports and stuff like that are crunched up, can't tell too much from these pics but its what I have atm from my cell phone. And as she sits now.... Just to think, earlier today she looked like this.... This post has been edited by dabazied: Dec 8, 2009 - 11:21 PM -------------------- |

My retribution would have been easy... his repairs would not.
Someone rear ended my freshly painted celica on a parking lot. There was a tape of it too but cops failed to find the car. I had it cornered by end of the day. Owner got a nasty surprise that probably cost 5 times more than my $300 repair bill. -------------------- Captain Pessimist

You could have just called the cops and they would have sited him and you'd have been covered on your repair, not have committed a crime, AND hurt his insurance policy and given him a police record for a hit and run. Not only did you do him a favor by not giving him a police record, but you also put yourself in risk of being caught for damaging someone's property...whether it was justified or not. -------------------- |

WTF? What comes around goes around... I'm a big believer in karma but instigating the "goes around" part doesn't qualify. -------------------- |
