 Tape Player Clicking! |

I've got the 8 speaker sound system in my Celica, with the premium headunit.
The tape player will occasionally click when I'm listening to my iPhone, which is really annoying.(It's very loud.) Is there a fix? Something I can do? I refuse to buy another headunit(unless it's another OEM one identical to what I have(and if you want to sell yours, PM me, I want a spare)) because I don't want a disco ball in my cockpit. terry that happened to me...i just changed the headunit...have u tried different tapes?

I'd replace it if I could but no work no money (michigan) 'sides I already took it apart and saw where the gears split/cracked. Totally p/p design, molding nylon around a metal disc. I don't think they ever thought about thermal expanxion contraction effects, (amazing because the Fujitsu Ten units in my older Toyota's '90 ST and '77 GT were -bulletproof.) |
