I think I killed my turbo. It doesn't look to good. I added an oil reallocator to the car. http://i922.photobucket.com/albums/ad61/do...1-21_231434.jpg
After 3 days later my old pressure light cut on and I started hearing a scratching sound then boost went to zero. I pulled over right a way and had the car towed home. There was no oil leaks anywhere. I pulled of the air filter and took a picture of the inlet. http://i922.photobucket.com/albums/ad61/do...1-21_214320.jpg Should I have it rebuilt or should i get CT27 or upgrade? Those ebay exhaust manifolds you posted are junk. A lot of people have had problems with them.

I took Jim's advice and contacted Baktash. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought one on his turbo kits (S250).
He said the same thing about the ebay exhaust manifolds, stay away from them because they crack. Baktash found me a stock GEN3 exhaust manifold to use. As I install the new turbo I will post my progress. Thank you all for help. |
