Seriously guys, I cannot decide. I only plan on throwing down around $3.5k on one of these and because the SC300 falls within my price range here in California, has given me another option to look at. I wanted another (eventually) project car that must remain as a daily driver until my conversion is complete next year before I can really touch it. So I just wanted to see what your thoughts are. I honestly am getting anxious to just grab another car, although no real MR2's are coming my way.
N/A's are going as low as $1300 up to $2600, MR2 Turbos have too much stuff on them that folks are selling and going for $6k and higher. I know there has to be some available in between, so this poll is basically asking if I should wait. Or if I should just go ahead and grab a SC300. -------------------- 91 MR2 Turbo SW20, 92 MR2 Turbo SW20, 95 Celica GT ST204

mr2 all the way. Ok, thank you for your reply. Any reason why you would take the MR2 Turbo vs the SC300? Maybe like some pros and cons, or just any potential bias? I am interested in hearing why, because seriously for the price... I have a greater chance of getting an SC300 vs the MR2 Tubo (unless I wait, I am sure one will show up that just needs a new head gasket or something). For me, it honestly can go either way, so even "SC300 sucks! Mr2 Looks way better" is a good enough comment. well do you like a smaller car? or a larger car? i think they are both equally rare and unique. but in my opinion the MR2 looks slightly more exotic. whereas SC300 is a "pimp my ride" vehicle. something you would see on midnightclub dub edition. thats my just how i feel. i like them both a lot, its just MR2's are just ILL -------------------- A work in (extremely slow) progress
