Seriously guys, I cannot decide. I only plan on throwing down around $3.5k on one of these and because the SC300 falls within my price range here in California, has given me another option to look at. I wanted another (eventually) project car that must remain as a daily driver until my conversion is complete next year before I can really touch it. So I just wanted to see what your thoughts are. I honestly am getting anxious to just grab another car, although no real MR2's are coming my way.
N/A's are going as low as $1300 up to $2600, MR2 Turbos have too much stuff on them that folks are selling and going for $6k and higher. I know there has to be some available in between, so this poll is basically asking if I should wait. Or if I should just go ahead and grab a SC300. -------------------- 91 MR2 Turbo SW20, 92 MR2 Turbo SW20, 95 Celica GT ST204

Tough choice honestly. Its like they both can be made into sick cars whenever you decide to mod them. I would think what type of driving I am going to do with it though. If it is all highway I would go sc300 (hopefully stickshift) because it seems to be built more for comfort. The mr2 would be fun for the roads that I drive since its mid engine but idk how it would be for freeway commuting. If it was me I would go mr2 just because of the midengine platform but if you could get a stick sc it would be a fun car I think.
