So this guy is selling this car, but I have no idea where he is getting 18k for what it's worth?

Do you think 18 is a pipe dream? Plus keep in mind he probably bought it with all the work done for less than he is asking and that was a few years ago.
I know I am being skeptical, but for 18k there are some insane ae86's that would run circles around this. *The reason I ask is he is wanting to trade me + cash on his end for my sti, and I feel like that is quite a lot he wants unless I start charging extreme premiums on the parts on my car. My wheels alone were $3600
