Is there a difference between st185 and an st205 converter as they are the same in shape and bolt up mainly the internal lay i need to know as i have just Failed emissions (head wrecked) and everything else is fine no leaks but timing slightly off.

Should fit, but you may have 1 stud on exhaust side of turbo unsed.

Oh no fits perfect to be honest have it on already. The thing is my car failed emission so im wondering would the inside of the cat be differrent to manage different fuel load for each model of celica or would they be the same. Its was .4?? on CO levels timing is off so think thats whats causing it.
