 Budget, What to get |

I got about a 1000 dollar budget right now and im tryign t figure out what to get.
1. Headers, exhaust 2. body kit but not sure if i will be able to pay for it to be installed and painted($1700) 3. agreed, wheels and springs
about the strut bars? anyone know where to get a rear one for cheap? |
