it can, but the problem is with canada's new law about imports, it can be hard to find some that are registered and are held to be sold, most of those registered and leagalized in canada has been bought, the new imports coming in are in a tight squeeze whether the new law will allow anymore being legalized. i remember reading somewhere these gt4 that are being imported new cannot be registered and they are trying to sell it cheap to get rid of it.

I have a reputable company in Canada that has already imported a few and put them on the road in Canada without any problems.. I'm hoping they can help getting it altogether for a US buyer, but we'll see...
