i went on a trip to see my girlfriend who goes to school at chapel hill this weekend and i really have to vent about my coilovers. THEY SUCK!!!! yea, they make the car look really good and all, but riding on the interstate sucks with stock shocks. i hit bridges where it has a lip and my speaker box flew up in the air, ripped the power wire out, and blew my fuse under the hood for my amp. it was not a fun ride listening to treble for 2 hours. oh well, guess its something i gotta live with until i get new shocks. thanks for lettin me get that outta my system. anyone else need to vent then nows the time.

If I were you I would not go for KYB GR-2. REason being is that they are OEM shocks of our factory shocks. If you get the KYB GR-2 shocks I bet you any money they would blow within the year or 2. Search on the internet for more feedback from other users that have KYB's installed in their car. Search for this... "KYB SHOCK REVIEW" You will find your answers there. I would recommand you getting Koni Yello's. I just got my car lowered last Saturday and I hate the ride. My shocks are gone to but I'm going for the Koni's. yeah my coilovers suck too......but i have been told its because of the shocks....mine are still stock.....i have to be very carefull on bumps and stuff......i cant drive like the crazy maniac i am.......anyone know where i can get some KYB shocks and for how much???Posts in this topic
