 piston slap, what to do |

i got a bone stock 5sfe with piston slap now ....
 would it be safe to just get to block honed out and get right size pistons for it? or should i just get a new block?

I'm not sure where you're going to find new pistons on the cheap for it. A used short block will be a couple hundred.
