Does anyone happpen to know the weights of the 4agze, 7afe, and 3sgte (any gen) or where to find them? Only thing I've found is 340lbs for 4agze(154kg, dry weight btw).

another thing to consider with alumnium blocks is the fact that although aluminum itself it alot lighter, they tend to beaf up the block a fair bit so although the metal itself it alot lighter u compensate for more bracing, in addition thick iron steeves balance it to an extent, aluminum blocks dont reduce the weight by a HUGGEEEE number, but it does help with power/weight ratio. B18 only weight 29KG more than the 2zz in comparison (LONG BLOCK ONLY) That is a bit stupid, 29kg is alot of weight to be saved. I know the 1MZFE 3.0 is aluminum and is 40kg lighter than the older 3VZFE 3.0 which is cast iron, thats the difference between having half person sitting in your engine bay ![]() Anyway does anyone know the weight of these engines, im intrigued.
