 Iridium vs V-power |

I went to my local auto shop today and i was planning on purchasing NGK Iridium plugs.. they said they didnt have any of them but they had NGK V-power.. what is the difference and should i get them or no?? if not where can i get NGK Iridium plugs?

V-Power grade 8 for 7A-FTE...I went through 10 sets of them in 1 day...they're like $12 or less.
