Ford - Autolite spark plugs
GM - Champion
European (BMW, VW, etc.) - Bosch
Most Japanese Imports - NGK

Dont let GM hear you say that, they actually use AC (Delco) spark plugs,
Chrysler used the Champions,,,

And stick with the recommended heat range or maybe 1 range colder if you drive hard, All the heat range is, is how quickly the plug dissipates(?) heat. too hot and the electrode stays red-hot and you get pre-ignition (Very bad)...too cold and you dont keep the carbon and other junk burned off the plug and get mis-fires. Colder plugs will have a short, fat center ceramic electrode post to get the heat to bleed off into the cyl head quicker, while a hot plug will have a long, thin center ceramic electrode post to let it stay hotter.

Sorry, I guess I'm referring to what we sell at Napa. You are correct on that, just that we don't sell AC Delco's, so we sell Champions for all GM vehicles as well as Chrysler. :-D Thanks for the correction.
