I JUST BOUGHT MY CAR AND THE GUY I BOUGHT IT FROM HAD SAID THAT HE PAID SOMEONE TO INSTALL AND DO ALL OF THE MOTOR WORK FOR HIM...NOT MECHANICALLY INCLINED AT ALL!!! ANYWAY THE MOTOR IS SUPPOSALLY BOUGHT FROM SOMEONE ON EBAY AND WAS FROM JAPAN WITH ONLY 30,000 MILES ON IT...IT IS NOT TURBO...SO ARE THERE NUMBERS ON IT OR ANY TYPE OF JAPENSE STAMPS THAT I CAN LOOK FOR TO DISCOVER WHAT MOTOR IS IN MY CAR?? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR COMMENTS... I OWN LEXUSES BUT THIS IS MY FIRST TOYOTA...4 CYLINDER!!!

ok...so you think it is a JDM 3s-fe... which produces 115bhp/178Nm....
but....a stock GT 5g-fe... produces 135bph/196Nm...(info taken from .celicagt.nl/info.html) Why even go JDM??? You lose power doing that!!!! Ok...everyone...I am dissappointed with what I have in there...what are my options with this motor??? can i do a turbo/Intercooler?? Nitrous??...I don't want to a motor swap, so I guess that i willl have to make this work....I am open to ALL suggestions!! Thank you all again!
