you just need one of the most common Toyota oil filters ever for your 98 Celica 3SGE

Parts number 90915-10001
Also known as 90915-YZZJ1

How to change it, hmm, well its just drain the oil from the bottom of the engine by removing the bolt there, remember to change that little gasket on the bolt, it's same gasket on all Toyotas and Lexus
Then to change the filter you need to remove a plastic cover underneath the engine on the right hand side, if the oil filter is too hard fastened there's some cheap tools made for loosening oil filters
When installing the new oil filter, you don't need to put oil on the oil filter gasket, as Toyota already applied lubricant at the factory

Good luck

Before starting engine, refill 4.5 liter of 10W-40 oil and you should be good to go
