 sound proofing car?, wanna get rid of the rattle |

so i just got some nice alpine type s speakers and i really want them to sound as good as they can, so i decided i may soundproof my car or at least try to reduce my rattle, does anyone know if that great stuff foam will work for this? and please dont smack me for this, just an idea

anything you do will help with this problem....i used carpet padding (not to thread jack) check out my thread, 2nd and 3rd page
