We got paint from CarQuest 3 yrs ago for another car. DuPont brand IIRC. They were VERY helpful!!
Primer, catalyst, hardener, thinner, base color, clear, prep wipes, 4 respirator inserts, fish eye remover, glaze putty, small can of Bondo, & a few things I don't recall-- $1,200. IIRC-- that was a gallon of paint, & the counter guy followed some kind of formula for 3 coats of clear along with how much primer, catalyst, fish eye remover, etc.
It is a blue with metalic // pearlessence--kinda like Electric Blue.
We got 3 coats of color & had about 1/4 quart left over.
This was on an "80s mid size Domestic.
IDK how much you would use, but that's what our 1st project used.

Maybe also think about how much clear you * may * lose if you wet-sand // buff for final appearance.
