Well I feel like an idiot, I can't find/don't know what stock vacuum hose I need to put on the nipple underneath the intake. Anyone know?

Also, will I be able to pass emission testing with it on?

Just in case you wanted to know why you couldnt find the vacuum hose, it is more than likely because your car was not made in california. California cars needed an extra hose for stricter emissions standards. I was confused when i put on my injen intake also. I just blocked mine off too. The cars still runs fine without it blocked, but it will make a really load whistling sound. I got sick of the whistling and blocked the hole. biggrin.gif
