Just finished putting on my wife's 18inch rims from her ST. (She's still rocking steelies). I'm getting new 17's in May. Anyways, My uncle's friend was checking out my car while it was idling. He told me that something is wrong with my engine cause it sounded like a truck. I told him "thats the way the 5s-fe sounds". I have my fair share of knowledge about the 5s. I just never really realized how loud my engine really is. He told me
that I should see if I have enough oil. I know I did cause I always get my oil changed like clock work. He didn't believe me about what I told him about how it always sounded like that.

Well. Is the 5s-FE supposed to sound like a truck idling when it's well....Idling?

Mine is quite Rumbly and truck-esque from outside. Almost a chattering sound, but I point fingers at my leaking exhaust manifold gasket that I've been too lazy to change.
