One of the three track guides(white plastic piece) broke and the window does not stay in place. Went to the dealer and toyota does not have the part. Thanks

those plastic things are not sold individually, you have to replace the plate. period.

I searched and could not come up with yor tool. Will the tool work to snap the guide wheels back into place? I took the glass off the metal bracket to avoid breaking it but I still do not have an idea how to get them back on
