Hey guys i just started going to the gym and
i wanted to know what you guys take (proteins, suplements, etc) i bouth a tube of Cytogainer and Jack3d,,, jack3d is suppose to give you energy and focus for the work out but i just feel the focus and the taste well,,,, i could not drink it!!!!!!!! i had to mix it with SOBE energy drink (pina colada) so i could drink it! anyone experiences with it or any other supplements? -------------------- |

Coffee dehydrates you. That's bad juju for a gym. Just drink some orange juice before you go. Water is also good. And just throw on some music that amps you up. My workout music of choice is Trivium's CD "Shogun". That s*** makes me feel like fighting a giant bear! to go off of what he just said, i was reading... mens fitness (i think) and it said that crappy music while lifting can constrict your blood vessels up to 7or8% i think is what it said. so if you're not a fan of the crappy music be sure to take your own. -------------------- proud =3sgte SWAPPED= '95 Celica ST owner [calling it the GT2 or half-trac]
