Fish oil, mega man, and all those fat burner / energy supplements are a waste of money. Just eat right, watch your sugar and fat intake and you will notice that your actually losing weight. Clearly the gym has never really done anything for me other than lift a few weights, get tired out, then stare at females. Actually i have had good results with energy supplements. Sure you need to watch what you eat. If the gym has done anything for you other than get tired and stare at females you are just wasting your time man. not to be rude but you it seems you to the gym for no reason. Going to the gym without a plan is like finding a treasure without a map. I actually stare at females but that's after im done with the exercise plan. Also what helps is getting a good mix of motivational/ metal on an mp3 player and lifting pissed. it is extremely hard to get all of your required vitamins and minerals but just eating food, that is why there are supplements and vitamins. And even if you did have the "magic meal plan" where you somehow did why wouldn't you still take supplements and get more results? Sidenote: look up German volume training. Then let's see how you feel in 4-6 weeks I have tried lifting with music that pumps me up and it really helps you a lot. Actually today i tried Jack3d (3 scoops) and wooow it did helped me a lot! i do weights with my friend and he was like "are you ok?" and i was like yeah why and then he says "you don't seem to get tired" and i am just like,, oh i am just happy lol following a meal plan is harder than it looks. if you don't have the time to eat every three hours it sooo hard. i will look that up man, thanks... -------------------- |
