Nevermind, fixed it.
I took off the scraper guard thing and reached up my hand and pulled the lever to pop the hood. Turns out I got a RHD GT4 latch >_> So I guess I'm stuck using the stock hood latch for now. Gonna go finish up my GT4 conversion, later fellas
