Up for auction is a set of custom-made projector headlight housings for a sixth-generation (1994-1999) Toyota Celica. I am not the original developer of this specific set, but I’ve updated it the best I can. I would’ve installed this set on my Celica, but as of late, I do not possess it anymore. I've pried them open and replaced all the LEDs, along with resistors, so they shouldn't burn out anytime soon. In turn, I've also newly resealed them, so any weather-related problem shouldn't be an issue, either. They have clear lenses and custom molds from an OEM housing that fits stock on the headlight mount and bumper. There are 3 LEDs per housing: two in either direction of the halo-ring/angel eyes, and one as a side-marker in the upper portion of the housing. As far as the LEDs are concerned, you have the option of wiring them as you see fit: there two wires for each housing (positive (+) and negative (-) ). Personally, I would just simply wire them to the parking/running lights, just below the headlights. The projector frame comes from what appears to be something of German-origin, either a BMW or a Mercedes-Benz. The original HID bulb was from a Mercedes, but any H3 bulb should fit; it just requires a few washers to hold it tightly in place. OEM projector sets for this series of Celica run from $600.00-$750.00, however, since these are custom-made low-beams, with angel eyes/halos. I am only asking for a fraction of the price. Just as a reminder, this auction is for the projector/headlight housing (which includes all the LEDs/LED wiring) ONLY – NOT the HID bulb set/HID ballast. If you wish to use this set to its full potential, I would recommend purchasing a HID ballast with a 9006 bulb plug input, with an H3 output bulb to fit in the housing. I am currently running this FS via eBay as you can see ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...em=170460785300 ). However, if the auction falls through, I will consider taking the highest offer that I receive on here.
