Need a Celi Guru's Help please, PLEASEEE Helpppp lol Options

My red power wire that runs from my battery to my amp fell off the 200watt fuse under the hood and hit something and shorted something out or burnt a wire or something.... It was running fine the other day and then it just died i popped the hood and there was the wire just sitting there next to my wiring harness. i moved it and it shot a spark so idk what exactly happened. Ive checked the entire harness and nothing is wired wrong or burnt or anything, ive replaced my distributor and distributor cap, Im still only getting fire from the #2 cylinder, the other 3 have no fire at all. So im lost and i dont know what to do do i need to buy another wiring harness ?? I've also tried another computer and it didnt do anything still the same. Does anyone know what wires i sohuld check or what ? #2 fires and i can get the car to start it will run for a few minutes REALLY rough then just die. I have no idea what to do. ANY help would be HUGELY appreciated.

Test your spark plug wires to see if they're not shorted/burnt, check to see if your spark plugs are good, also look at your plug caps (The actual tube that does into the engine to the plugs, not sure of the exact term) and see if they're still shiny on the inside. If not, you've toasted something.
