i have a section of about a foot, that i need to connect my exhaust, that's where the original cat for the 3sge goes, however the shop here quoted me nearly 270 plus tax (10%)

which, they dont have flanges, they will have to hack my exhaust to solder their pos cat.

I know is custom work, but this is ridiculous. am i being cheapskate.
