Hey guys.. It would seem that sad time has come. I no longer can afford 2 cars, I need to focus my attention on school.. so sarcrifices have to be made. I have up for sale a silver 1995 toyota celica with a gt4 front end(black) with a st205 motor swap. has 18 inch rims, drilled/slotted rotors... the engine starts up and runs.. but needs a new sensor as it has a rough idle.. also needs a new alternator.. and the intercooler and intercooler pump wiring needs to be completed.
The driver side door is pretty beat up.. got hit by a car a couple years back and never was able to fix it.. the interior panels were spray painted silver and are chipping out.. the GT4 hood suffered that notorious hood to windshield fate so its not in the best shape.. the handbrake needs to be adjusted.. i belive the transmission is no longer working.. dont know for sure.. but I would advise anyone planning to buy this to buy a either a new 5sfe transmission or a e153 transimission. engine needs a new power steering assembly.. and I believe thats about it.. heres some pictures startng from the most recent.. (about a month ago) asking $1500 plus shipping This post has been edited by SlvrCelica09: Apr 5, 2010 - 10:25 AM -------------------- THIS IS WHERE WE HOLD THEM!

At this price point I'm kinda interested. BUT, I don't mean to offend or anything, however, the info in this thread is SO scattered, I think that is why no one has snatched this car off your hands yet buddy. First its the tranny is not good, then it is good, so can we try this instead and make a list of what is really wrong, whats included, etc? A little clarification is perhaps all that is needed?
From my understanding, and piecing together of information: Engine/transmission related -Can the car move on its own? -Engine runs (still sputters and dies after reaching operating temp?) -The valve needed is included but as stated by Manny is not necessarily needed -Transmission ???? -Needs new axles -power steering assembly - is that the pump that needs changing? -needs new alternator -intercooler wiring Body -Needs driver side repair @ ~$700 -One rim mismatched -Gt4 hood slightly banged up (repairable?) ... I cant recall anything else. and I don't mean to be bringing up all the negative things about your car but I really think it'd help if it was clear to the buyer what all is involved here. This is still a good deal, the 3sgte is worth more than $1500 alone and its + a whole car and front end conversion. Im just trying to help .... QUOTE (14:19:21) Daniel: That was a JDM hole in the side of the box too. There was so much JDM trapped inside that box that they couldn't contain it, so they had to put a JDM hole in the box to let the JDM out.
