Alright im using the USDM harness on a JDM Taillight, whats shows now is either side will have one brake light showing. What i want is both sides having two on.
What i have noticed when installing the jdm lights, there are 4 sockets correct? only 3 have bulbs the last one didnt have a bulb. So im guessing if i put a bulb in there when i brake there should be the two section of the lights showing right? Would the usdm harness do the same thing? Also the bulb im after is 1157 correct? ps. ops wrong section This post has been edited by whatthe: Nov 13, 2008 - 4:23 AM -------------------- |

If I'm not mistaken, The JDM and/or EDM rear fog light are standard brake & night time driving lights here in the US. When I got the JDM tails for me and my wife they plugged in with the supplied JDM harness and both lights on each side worked as brake and night driving lights. I think the wiring from inside the car before the harness determines how the brake lights gonna work. I know the USDM tails have the extra outer night time driving marker lights. The JDM tails only have 1 brake light per side and the inner lights before the reverse light are the rear fog lights. I don't know if the rear fog lights are standard or an option and if they are an option then how does the tails work if there is no rear fog light?
