1. How hard is it to rebuild a stock turbo? Anything special or level obtained to up the trim level?
2. What does it mean when your engine runs hot? Temp is fine, but massive heat comes from under the hood. -------------------- 91 MR2 Turbo SW20, 92 MR2 Turbo SW20, 95 Celica GT ST204

Temp is fine, but massive heat comes from under the hood. replacing seals on a turbo is not a huge deal. anything more than that requires balancing, which requires the turbo to be spun at high speed. these engines do feel like they run hot when you open the hood, but its pretty typical. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
