i just bought 2 recaro seats.. passenger and driver... and now i need to find out where i could get the sliders.... help plz!

If they say they're for a 94-99 Celica then they'll fit.
You might have to modify them a little bit to get them to line up all of the way. I had to extend one of the bolt holes so that it would actually line up with the frame. Just test fit the bracket in the car, then pull it out and bolt the seat to it (four screws underneath) and drop it in.
