Has anyone here done the c160 swap for their stock transmission on the 7A? If so, does it really just bolt up?

nik,

I didnt even read most of it and it looks like a pain in the ass... Was it really that bad? Ive heard that you can run the blacktop head on a 7a short block as long as youve got fuel/engine management and it runs reliably?
Im not looking to soil anyones shorts with horsepower or torque. I really would just like to have a small forced induction setup and get rid of this fe head... If it isnt worth doing, ive got a guy who wants to sell an all-trac. Ill prob just buy that and forget about messing with my 7a...
