alright so i'm running a 5s-fe with the stock manual transmissinon
as i'm upshifting, every gear goes in fine, for the most part but as i'm downshifting, specifically from 4th to 3rd gear, if i'm going above 25 mph, my 3rd gear grinds bad. i always make sure i press my clutch all the way in so thats not the problem. and i've even tried that whole "double clutch" technique, and that didnt fix the problem either. can you guys tell me whats up with this? is it something to worry about? also, but if my car's really warm, like if i've been driving around for a while, the downshift grind to 3rd goes away! so what's going on?! thanks in advance for any help
