Could someone please explain to me precisely how the E Manage blue system integrates into the stock ECU, how it works and what additional components I need. Ive search high and low, but i really can't find out any specific information.
Also if anyone has any experience with this on a 7AFTE, how effective is it? and did you encounter any problems? thanks

i have the AEM FIC and i used to praise it untill i starting using it. dont get me wrong its a powerful piggyback, but it has trouble on toyotas. its constantly fighting with the stock ECU. im actually making a patch harness so i can run an AEM EMS full standalone on my 5S-FTE

Was just planning on posting up about the AEM FIC, but seems like from what you say, it has the same problems that the Apexi SAFC has with some toyota's, in fighting the ECU. Anywho, to the OP, why not go with the Emanage ultimate. NO experiance with it whatsoever, but have heard that it is many more times better than the earlier version.
