This has been happening for awhile now. Initially I had a bad serpentine belt and replaced it. The sound stopped for awhile but eventually came back. Now I have no idea what is causing the sound. I added power steering fluid and that worked to a degree but now that doesn't have any affect at all. The sound seems to stop once I either hit a certain amount of RPM's or once the car has been in motion for awhile. I was wondering if anyone could give me some answers. Here is a vid for further examination.

wow. looks like you have a 5th gen steering wheel.
Anyway, it could be any of the pulleys maybe making noise, also does the ST have a separate power steering belt? could be that belt making noise if so. -------------------- ◊◊◊ My F/S Thread! ◊◊◊

There was so much JDM trapped inside that box that they couldn't contain it, so they had to put a JDM hole in the box to let the JDM out.
