Anybody heard any weakness in those cars?

The '10 STi I think only comes as a hatch. My buddy just picked up one of the special edition STi's and although I'm not really a fan, it would make a nice daily I think.

I can see where the BEAMS might be fun to DD, but I can see a few disadvantages as well. Daily driving it puts wear and tear on parts which as we all know are hard to get for the BEAMS. Plus it's in a 'vert, so road noise might be an issue. Plus it's still FWD no matter how you look at it. I nearly bought an Impreza myself last year. Not an STi, but a base model. I was impressed with the car.. not so much with the payments. The dealership was trying to get me for $475/mo for 72 mos. I'm not an idiot and I'm not going to pay nearly $35,000 for a car with a sticker price of $21,000. Hopefully you can find a better deal than that. Overall, I don't think you can go wrong with a Scooby.
