i was driving and i noticed that my clutch won't come back up to the top. It seems like there is no pressure to push the pedal back up. So i'm thinking its the clutch fluid? If so, i don't know where the clutch fluid is or goes. Can someone help me out with this problem please?

so i ended flushing all the fluid out of the system and i believe all the air is out as well. The liquid was way too dirty so i thought that was the main reason why the clutch got stuck.

drove around and i will occasionally find the clutch creeping to the floor. This is exactly how it happens: i push the clutch through the free play it has gently and slowly. once i feel pressure i let go of the pedal but the pedals sinks to the bottom. If i push the clutch in quickly to the bottom i have no problem.
slave is not leaking, master shows max fluid level, and it only happens if i push the pedals slowly through the free play and let go.
So im kinda stumped to what to do next. Could it possibly still be a faulty slave/master?

thanks to griffgirl for helping me the first time around
