So, it was decided that a new thread should be made for the next attempt for the Midwest meet later this summer.
Date: July 31 Location: Starved Rock Utica, IL We are first going to have a discussion about the best date for the event, then I will start the list of attendee's. Since bitter(I"m assuming) and I will be there regardless of date, weather, etc. You can PM us if there are any questions not handled in the thread. Sooooo, What works for everyone? Update: The meet will take place at Starved Rock on July 31, 2010. So should we shoot for July 31? This is the last Saturday in July and should give everyone some time to make the appropriate requests so that they will be able to show up.
