Sooooo i started fixing my rocker panel because the previous owner hit something and tore it apart and now after sitting it rusted so, long story short, i started cutting off all the old and riveting in the new sheet metal!

Unfortunately i broke my last 1/8 inch drill bit and have to post pone finishing it until i can get some on monday ! frown.gif

but here are some pictures of what i got done so far and its not too hard, but it looks like crap right now because i only got this piece half way on and there's still two holes haha.. but just throwing this up here, the more i do the more motivated i get to finish it smile.gif

I may be wrong, but to me, this seems very unsafe, and like i would not pass any sort of inspections or anything like that.

Where i live all you need to do is make sure they'res no wholes or ridiculous amounts of rust.
and when i get through with this it'll look better than new. all that the original was was sheet metal also,
haha.

And for the most part, as long as there's no holes in the actual frame or underbody where its important, i'm good to go. and the underneath and frame of my car is like new as the previous owner had it undercoated once every 3 years. tongue.gif
