Could someone point me in the right direction, to find a website that sells center caps for a stock wheel 96 Celica GT.

Try a wheel and tire shop in your area, I just went to one to order a replacement wheel and they had a whole section of bins filled with center caps to various cars. Could be worth a shot, there's a lot of shops that specialize in this kinda stuff.
