I have a 99 convertible and a 99 donor vehicle. Can anyone give me a general idea what I will be up against to replace air bags, sensors, and control unit? I have looked into this a little concerning safety. I do not however know location of sensors and control unit. I think I can swap out deployed units with undeployed from donor vehicle. Vehicle had a front end collision and I have finally gathered up front bumper, crash bar, windshield, misc plastics, etc., plus donor vehicle with driver and passenger side air bags. Sorry for being so wordy, any help will be appreciated, Ron, (foilman) in Fresno.
