 What are the side mirrors with the holes in them, and where do i get them? |

so iv seen some people with side mirrors that have a hole between the the mirror and the car and i know these arnt a standard accesory for the 6gen so what are they how much do they cost and where i do i get some? also how hard are they to fit and do you need to do any fabrification to get them to look good?

where do i get and how hard are they to fit? i searched ebay but only found one to suit 01-04celica
