 Metal Head Gasket, Block and Head both need machined? |

Does anyone here have any experience with metal head gaskets on the 3SGTE? If so did you have both your block and head machined or just the head?

the stock gasket is a layered metal head gasket. are you talking about a copper gasket? if you use one then you have to have your head ringed, not worth it IMO. the TTE head gasket that you can get from ATS racing will support 600HP

The block just really depends on when was the last time it was done. I only did my head and I've got 27k miles and 18-20PSI regularly on it - daily driven BTW BTW - TTE is really just an HKS MHG
