I currently have my motor torn down, the number 2 cylinder looks pretty horrid.... Looking at the money aspect would it be cheaper to find a used block that just needs to be honed, or to have the one I have bored and get over sized pistons?... Not looking at the money aspect which would be the better option?

Sorry i dont know who makes 7A forged pistons. I have have some made from Diamond. i have a good relationship with them. i use them when i build high HP 2ZZ-GE engines.
if you just ahve some scuffing, then just get it re-honed. you should be just fine. then defiantly just get the oversized piston from toyota and ring set. not worth doing all 4 -------------------- 2001 Celica GT-S Turbo
