I have a question about the tire wear on my car.
I needed to buy some new tires a few months ago, and within 3-4000 miles they are bald on outside of tire on the driver side, and on the inside of the passenger side of my car. ![]() Do I have a camber or alignment problem? Or am I just taking turns to hard to the left? Please help me out I need some answers this week so I can have this prob fixed before I buy new tires for my new wheels. |

It is likely that your alignment is out of whack, but you should also check your tire pressure. If it gets low, you could be rolling over onto the sides and wearing the outside edge prematurely. I see this a lot, actually, because many people do not realize that cold winter weather can sap as much as 10psi from your air pressure compared to the summertime.
This is probably not the culprit, as it doesn't explain the wear on the inside of the passenger side, but I thought I would mention it nonetheless. |
