Hey Guys, Ive been on a search for quite a while now and i cant figure out what kind of rims would look best for my Toyota Celica Gt.

well I will be needing to get my wheels painted white since the 16" rims only come in silver.
What is the difference between anadoized and powder coat. Ive been searching online for the past 10 min but still no clear answer, i want a short and sweet answer.
